Permissions Guidelines/Rights Inquiries

All Catholic Answers Press (CAP) content, including but not limited to content from CAP books, booklets, tracts, pamphlets, inserts, and audio/video products, is copyrighted, and generally may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission from Catholic Answers.

All permission requests, as well as inquiries for translation/publication rights, should be directed to permissions@catholic.com. Please note the following exceptions:

Circumstances in which prior written permission is not required:

Quotation in other works

Although prior written permission is not necessary in these instances, we appreciate receiving notice of how our content is being used in churches and the fruits it bears.

Individuals may make small amounts of photocopies of excerpts from CAP written products, totaling no more than 2,000 words, for personal use, sharing with friends, use in a class, etc. These copies may not be sold or mass distributed.

For citations of CAP content in published works, follow applicable bibliographical format (e.g., MLA, Chicago Manual, etc).
